Adam is a doctor of physical therapy (DPT), is a board certified orthopedic clinical specialist, has a bachelors degree in applied exercise physiology and has been a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association for 15 years.

Adam is an expert in sport and injury biomechanics, injury reduction, and strength and conditioning. He has successfully guided clients from injury to high performance. He has coached many athletes to success including in endurance sports, major league baseball, field, court and track and field events.
Adam participates in gravel and mountain biking, and also enjoys cyclocross racing. He has completed Ironman Lake Placid, Ironman Mont Tremblant triathlons, many Ironman 70.3s, and has successfully finished the Leadville Trail 100 Mountain Bike Race and Marji Gesick 100 claimed to be the hardest one day mountain bike race in the USA.
