What's included in your coaching package?

Daily Sport-Specific Workouts
Your workouts are delivered through Training Peaks, tailored to your specific sport and goals. If you have a bike power meter, your plan will include power-based workouts. If you use a heart rate monitor, we’ll create heart rate-based workouts for you. Don’t have the equipment yet? No worries—we’ll guide you through getting set up with everything you need.

Individualized Training Plans
Every plan is written with your unique goals in mind. Want to join your friends for a weekly ride? We’ll work that into your program. Focused on health and fitness without any interest in racing? We’ll help you achieve your wellness goals. Training for an Ironman or gearing up for the Marji Gesick? We’ve got you covered with personalized plans to help you succeed.

Fitness and Health Testing
Your plan will include appropriate testing or measurements to assess progress and identify your strengths and weaknesses. These might include FTP testing for cyclists. All tests are set remotely, so your location doesn’t matter. Simply follow the instructions, upload your data, and we’ll analyze it for actionable insights.

On-Demand Feedback
Athletes can schedule up to two on-demand virtual calls per month with Nicky to discuss their training, wellness strategies, or progress. Calls are optional, and if you don’t schedule them, we won’t chase you. For day-to-day feedback, we’ll provide detailed comments through Training Peaks.

Wellness Coaching Integration
During your on-demand calls, we can discuss wellness activities to complement your training—such as improving sleep, managing stress, or adopting healthier habits. Please note that this is not a comprehensive wellness plan but rather supplementary guidance to enhance your overall fitness journey.

Race Planning for Your Priority Race
We’ll help you build a plan for your priority or A race, covering key details like power, heart rate, or time targets; nutrition and hydration strategies; and other essentials to ensure race-day success.

Strength and Supplementary Workouts
When appropriate, your coach will include strength training or supplementary workouts alongside your sport-specific training. These are designed to improve your strength, flexibility, and resilience, helping you achieve your goals more effectively.

All-Virtual Coaching
Everything in your program is delivered virtually, including strength training and supplementary workouts. Training Peaks is your hub for all workouts and communication, ensuring seamless and convenient coaching no matter where you’re located.
