Welcome to ARO Coaching. Thank you for putting you trust in us to help you achieve your goals. To ensure that we have a clear understanding of expectations, we would appreciate you reading over and committing to our coach/athlete agreement.

I agree that I will be participating in sports coaching with Adam Ruszkowski and/or Nicky Ruszkowski of ARo Sports Coaching and agree to the following stipulations:

1. I am responsible for my own health and safety; if I experience pain during any workout I will end the workout immediately. Any pain or injuries during workouts will be reported to my coach though Training Peaks and I will seek medical attention when necessary.

2. To the best of my ability I will follow set workouts, upload them to training peaks in a timely manner and record any comments/notes on that workout through training peaks.

3. I understand that my coach is not responsible for my success. They will provide training plans, advice and workouts to help me achieve my goals but this does not guarantee results.

4. I agree to pay $175 per month (to ARo Sports Coaching).

5. I will notify either Adam Ruszkowski and/or Nicky Ruszkowski one month prior to terminating coaching services or will be required to pay a final months coaching cost of $175.

6. I understand that Adam Ruszkowski and/or Nicky Ruszkowski have the right to withdraw coaching services with immediate effect if this agreement is breached, with no refund. Without breach of contract they have the right to terminate coaching services with 30 days notice.

7. I understand that it is the recommendation of my coach that I seek a consultation with a medical doctor prior to starting any exercise plan.

8. I agree that Adam Ruszkowski and Nicky Ruszkowski accept no responsibility for injury, illness or death.

9. I understand that my coach should not be expected to respond to communication out of office hours unless there are extenuating circumstances.

10. My coach is not a my therapist, if I need these services, I will seek out professionals who are trained in this specialty.

Other Terms and Conditions of Service

ARo Sports Coaching may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ARo Sports Coaching assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Websites or our services after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.

You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us, by mail, email or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please just notify us at any time.
